Ansys EmployeeHi,
Ensure that the mesh resolution is adequate near the two-phase interface, especially at regions where the contact angle is essential. A coarse mesh may not capture the contact angle behavior accurately.

SubscriberI have used finner mesh in the interface and as the instruction written in the 14.3.9. Surface Tension and Adhesion (ansys.com) i have used hexahedral meshes. I have selected the wall adhesion under the multiphase model and given a constant contact angle.
