SubscriberHellow everyone I want to simulat water temperature insid cylidre (3D). This cylindre insid box with user defined function . But I have the divergence probleme for temperature. when i start my simulation i recieved message "Turbulence velocity limited to viscosity ratio of 1000000e+05). I try to run calculat with application boundary condition (convection and radiation ) without using UDF i noticed computational stabilization.
iS it that he use "user defined function influence he calculation for fluid simulation ?
So please help me to find another way to apply source without using user define function

Ansys EmployeeWhat does the UDF do? That's usually a good starting point for troubleshooting. The viscosity ratio warning can be ignored, but it's cause needs to be understood (clue, look at the flow field).

Ansys EmployeeOK, but what does the UDF do? That'll guide us towards a solution.

Boost Ansys Fluent Simulations with AWS
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) helps engineers design products in which the flow of fluid components is a significant challenge. These different use cases often require large complex models to solve on a traditional workstation.
