SubscriberHey,
in Fluent 2019, there is option in dpm to plot contours of mean and RMS values of particles. so,
What is the macro used for getting Mean particle velocity and RMS particle velocity?
I know that macro P_VEL(tp)[I] is used for getting the instantaneous velocity.
Thanks,

Ansys EmployeeThese macros are not exposed as they are not stored like TP_VEL(tp).

SubscriberDear Dr. Amina Thanks for your comment.
Can I store these quantities by using user-defined memory in UDF?
Thanks.

Ansys EmployeeFirst of All I am Amine and not Amina :)
For particles better to store on particle user scalar. The user defined memories are generally used if you want to transform the particle related quantities into the "Eulerian" world say things like doing an average of some particles quantities of particles located for some time in the cell.
