SubscriberHi
I am simulating a three phase flow, and i want to write a udf for solid solid interaction.
SYAMLAL OBREIN SYMMETRIC DRAG MODEL
I am facing two problems.
1) when i interpret udf, it shows me undeclared variable
line 19: l_col: undeclared variable
AND
`DEFINE_EXCHANGE_PROPERTY' used with too many (6) args
2) I dont know how to include radial distribution function in the udf
Can someone please point out the flaws and how to fix them

Ansys EmployeeThe documentation contains an example how to apply DEFINE_EXCHANGE_PROPERTY. As you are directly writing the whole Kpq term you do have to account for everything on your own.
Are the drag laws implemented in Fluent for granular not sufficient for your application?

SubscriberSir,
I have solved first problem, but
I am still unable to include radial distribution function in the udf. Since there is a term of radial distribution function Go,ls in the equation. Can I recall it just like any other variable in the cell e.g. void fraction? How?
I am attaching screenshots for the udf and equation
P.S. I am just a beginner.

SubscriberDear Sir,
I have to include shape factor in the udf. I have accounted for that in primary phase and secondary phase interaction. But for solid-solid interaction; I dont know how to include radial distribution coefficient go,ls in the udf.
