Unable to create Mid- Surface for the Hemmed Sheet metal

  Hi I was trying to extract Mid-Surface for my sheet metal design which is modeled with Hem when i extracted it was coming as two seperate surfaces. help me to extract Mid surface

  Split (or slice) the body that has the hem on it at the bottom of the hem edge. Now you can assign a double thickness to the body that has the hem, while letting the rest of the body have a single thickness. Suppress or delete the separate surface.

  Thanks for the solution and I tried and not able to get it can u please help me step by step guidelines.

  - Please attach the geometry file so I can show you (put in a zip file if it is not an allowed extension).
  - What CAD system was it designed in?
  - Which CAD system are you trying to create the Midsurfaces?
  - What version of ANSYS are you using?
