Unable to initialize CUDA

  Hi I'm unable to start Discovery Live. I don't have the NVCUDA.DLL to delete, and have a compatible GPU with the latest drivers installed. any suggestions to resolve this? Thanks

  Hi Arash What version of Discovery Live are you using? Please confirm:
  - If the graphics card is updated upadated from NVIDIA website . We do recommend updating from the website itself.
  - For version 2019R2, are you looking for the NVCUDA file at C:Program FilesANSYS Incv194scdm . Please note 2019R1 refers to folder C:Program FilesANSYS Incv193scdm
  You may also try to run DL on different GPUs you have on your machine. For this, right click on discovery Live icon on desktop and select "Run with graphics processor" and select the other GPU (which is not default) to see if it helps. Thanks & Regards, Gaurav

    changing the default OpenGL Rendering GPU to my better GPU(P4000) fixed it.
    
    just a quick question:
    
    do you know if i need CUDA version 9.1 specifically ? or i can upgrade to the current version 10.1?

    Upgrading to newer version should not be a problem.
