Hi, I'm currently experiencing the same problem win 2019 R3.
I've checked the Discovery installation directory, and the nvcuda.dll file doesn't exist there.
Has anyone any ideas on how I can get around this?
I appreciate the help.

Could you please confirm that you have updated the Graphics Drivers from the Graphics manufacturer's website?

Did you face any issues while updating the graphics? Is this issue resolved or do you still have any difficulties?

Thanks for the response on this. Yes, I dug a little deeper and found that the driver's I'd updated weren't the most recent ones.
I found the proper ones and now it's working.
