Unable to load Sign in Page

  Good day. I have Ansys SpaceClaim 19.2 ultimate installed in my Windows 7 64-bit computer. The problem I am having now is that the Sign in page not able to load properly thus causing me cannot assign my subscription license. Please advise how to solve it. Many thanks. Best Regards, Beh

  I am trying to find what could the issue be, please check if the firewall is stopping that. Will it be possible for you to upgrade SpaceClaim?

    Hello.
    
    I have solved the issue. The root cause was the PC is using Internet Explorer 8. I did some Windows update and the issue is solved.
