Unable to obtain symmetrical results in structural optimization

Hi,I am trying to perform structural optimization for a jacket. I need a symmetrical solution in the YZ and XZ plane and loads are not symmetric. However, I obtain symmetrical results in each plane (by applying 2 symmetry constraints) but results are different in the orthogonal plane.
In HyperWorks, there is an option to include pattern grouping called 2-plane symmetry. Is there any option in Ansys to obtain symmetrical results in 2 planes? -
