We are trying to figure out if the issue is related to our firewall. When the times comes for the license to be renewed we are unable verify it. When you say Ansys application, are you referring to any of Discovery products? If yes, I am not able to find what the exact problem is. Does the customer sees any error when he tries to launch any Discovery product? If yes, can you share the details of that error?

SubscriberHi Patre, Thank you for tour prompt reply. There is no error message only what I find in Event Viewer. When we try to open the program he enters his email address and then the program disappears and never starts. We performed the ping test and this did not show any errors. The issue always occur when the time comes for the user to renew his license. I hope that helps. Please let me know if you need any more information.
