I have a client who cannot open the scdoc files with a double click.
I have already reinstalled SpaceClaim and deleted all the files within this pathC:Users
AppDataLocalSpaceClaim C:Users
AppDataRoamingSpaceClaimLog Files How can I go about solving it? Do I have to delete all the windows spacecliam registry keys?
If you need it, I have the .ansys folder
Best Regards

Ansys EmployeeHello Robert
The registry key value should be set to the following:
"C:Program FilesANSYS Incv195scdmspaceclaim.exe" "%1" "/USERUNNINGSPACECLAIM=true" /UseLicenseMode=true
/UseLicenseMode=true is necessary to make Discovery SpaceClaim look for the subscription license. Without that set it will look for a floating license, which is why you get the error in the image you submitted.
Please let me know if this resolves your issue.
