Unable to solve in mechanical static structural

  hi, i am using the Ansys 16, and the model was already simulated in my Ansys 10
  
  now, when i change a force, and simulate only in Solve, it appears red. But when i simulate with Solve,My Computer Background, it goes! Which is the difference? And how i can solve normally ?

  What files are being generated in the Solver Files Directory? Is there a file.err? If so, what messages are in there?

  In the "Solver Files Directory" there is no "file.err".
  
  Only the files in the image attached

  I discovered the problem. It was the installation destination folder
