Unable to start trial

      Good morning,

      I am trying to install 30 day trial, but I receive error after launch stating "there are no current ansys subscriptions that enable capability discovery level 1"

       

      Please assist.

      Hi Andrew Kitzman

      It is recommended to install the applications with 'Run as Administrator'. 

      Please try temporarily disabling any antivirus or firewall security settings.

      If you still have issues, please go through this Troubleshooting document and send us the files as mentioned in point #6
