SubscriberAs you can see in "Licence issue.pdf" file, I'm able to launch Discovery but have immediately an error box with a licence message, then after closed it, I may manipulate the model but can't save it (I didn't if I may launch analysis). I have the protocol as described in https://discoveryforum.ansys.com/t/q5gwjy/discovery-license-activation-troubleshooting but didn't attach the requested zip files as they contain some "customer details", anyway nothing very important and I may send you if needed. The installation has been made on a new Windows PC with recommended HW. I "waste" one week trying to solve that ... I checked your account details and couldn't find any 30-day trial license for Discovery products (I noticed a Ansys Cloud license instead). You can click on the "30-day free trial" link mentioned on the right side of the homepage of this forum. Once your trial is activated, you can check the license details on your account page using below link:

OK, I have installed again with click on the "30-day free trial".And I still have a licence file error, log and err files attached.
I attach also a screen dump of my account, that has changed !
