SubscriberEvery time I try to open these two solvers I get the message attached as image to this post.
People from this community has tried to help me but the suggestions haven't worked at all. I received a free trial academic research license and I followed the installation instructions. So, I don't know what the issue is.
I hope someone can help me solving this issue,

Did your server admin install the second license file ? If so, please show the screenshot of the license status again.
