university license: Connection timed out while reading data.

Hi, everyone,
I tried to install ansys with university license. I successfully download the software and license manager. the only thing I do during installation is to add the host name which is id of server computer. and then when I opened the workbench it shows
this is another log file which is in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\.ansys
