SubscriberI am doing a static analysis of a wind turbine blade model, where I applied forces at a remote point (shown in the first figure). While observing the output, there is some unusual deformation in some locations of the model (shown in the second figure). The deformation occurs at the cross-sectional plane where I apply my remote load. I use a flexible MPC equation because of sectional deformation with load application. How can I find what is the reason behind such deformation? And how can I solve this issue? The deformation can be seen in the second figure near the hub.
Thank you

Ansys EmployeeHi Sushil,
Can you please check the value of deformation in the deformation plot? Also, please see if you view the results in true scale.

Ansys EmployeeHi,
Try plotting the deformation for parts of interest. I cannot comment why a dent is there without looking at the model. But Ansys employees cannot download the model.
