SubscriberHello community! Quick question. I was working on a project on Workbench and left it without opening it at all for about 1 month, so license is no longer valid. If I upgrade to the last release, will Ansys WB read my previous file and all the analysis I did till then?
Thanks in advance! -

Ansys EmployeeIf you read the sticky posts, you have two options: use the licence with the new download to use the old version or read the files into the new version. I'd recommend the latter: it's common to read old models into newer versions of the code. You may/will need to update user code but otherwise the only thing that'll change is the version ID and a few icons.

SubscriberThanks @rwoolhou ! I've tried by downloading to get a new license but didn't work as license didn't update to new date. anyway I've found that WB works great with new release and it got my file read correctly. Thanks again!
