SubscriberHi, I run Ansys on a Linux cluster to do FSi simulations. I used to use Ansys 19.2 , but I'm switching to 2022 R2.
I used to have a batch file that would initialise like this
"# starting setting up system coupling ###############################################################/opt/ohpc/pub/site-licensed/ansys/19.2/v192/aisol/.workbench -cmd ansys.services.systemcoupling.exe -inputFile System_Coupling.sci &sleep 30# Run Fluent ########################################################################################cd FluidFlow_CmdLine/opt/ohpc/pub/site-licensed/ansys/19.2/v192/fluent/bin/fluent 3ddp -g -cnf=../HOSTS_Fluent.txt -t$np_f -scport=$PORTN -schost=$HOSTN -scname="$LINE5" -i ./FFF.jou > ./FLUENT.out &sleep 3cd ..# Run Mechanical ####################################################################################cd Structural_CmdLine/opt/ohpc/pub/site-licensed/ansys/19.2/v192/ansys/bin/ansys192 -b nolist -scport $PORTN -schost $HOSTN -scname "$LINE3" -i ./structural.dat -o ANSYS.out -np $np_m -dis -machines $HOSTS"I'm reading the documentation to try to update my workflow but I'm still confused. The manual for 2022 R2 doesn't seem to specify an input file in their section on scriptingIs there a need to specify an input file when running coupling in 2022 R2?If I still need an input file, is there still a way to export a ".sci" file from system coupling in Ansys 2022 R2 or is there a different input file? Thanks to anyone who can help me. -
