Upgrating version

  Hi, I have the academic version on my computer and I want to upgrade my version. I already have the new key and the instructions are telling me to go and find ANSYS, Inc. License Manager. I cannot find it on my computer. Does anyone know how to find it?

  Are you the ANSYS Support Coordinator (ASC) of your university ?
  
  If so, you should have a login to ANSYS Customer Portal where you can download installation packages from there including ANSYS License manager installation package.

  Hi Win, No I am not. I am working with one of my professor. She is not the ASC either. I contacted with ANSYS by my self so they gave me an upgrade to a research version since our job is 100% educational purpose. I have the free academic version you can download in the web page.

  You will have to ask your contact who provided you the research license for the temporary login of the ANSYS Customer Portal so that you can download those installation packages.
