Hi guys, I'm wondring if I can use the heat capacity with unit (J/K) insted of (J/kg-K) when I'm creating material?

No.  The kg is telling you the unit of mass.  You need to know this since specific heat capacity is per unit of mass.  If you leave out the unit of mass, how will you know to type in a large number of joules/C because you are thinking of kg or a small number of joules/C because you are thinking about grams?
