SubscriberHello, a customer is migrating from SpaceClaim to Ansys SpaceClaim. Unfortunately there's a problem with Ansys SpaceClaim and he still working with SpaceClaim. Here's the problem: Both software are installed. He copied from the old library folder "bends" and "drawing sheet" folders to the new library folder. In Ansys SpaceClaim options there aren't the file he copied. Default drawing sheet is right, but others aren't listed. Customer can select the format after creates the drawing sheet manually searching the files in that folder (with explorer).
Most urgent is the bend table list. No files are listed and he can't select manually in sheet metal proprieties.
At the moment customer is using SpaceClaim and not ANSYS SpaceClaim for that reason.

Ansys EmployeeHello DrkAngl I think both products have same functionality, except the difference in licensing. When you say SpaceClaim and ANSYS SpaceClaim, which license do they refer to?I have SpaceClaim whose license falls under Discovery licensing. I opened the bends library folder and created a copy of sample.csv. I named the copy as sample2.csv. I then closed the SpaceClaim session and reopened it. I was able to see both the file names under Options panel. See below snapshot.
Can you try copying the sample file and see if that shows up in the Options list? -

I installed this month around 15 new Ansys SpaceClaim to old SpaceClaim customers and this problem never appeared. All these customers can see the library. Only this customer has this problem.

Ansys EmployeeHello DrkAngl
I noticed from the images that the Bend tables folder doesn't have the sample bend table that gets installed by default. Can you ask the customer to place that sample table file in the folder and check if that appears in the Options panel? Note that after copying/adding the file in the folder, you need to restart SpaceClaim.
Can the customer try creating a copy of the sample bend table file and see if that appears in the Options panel?
