SubscriberIn our 2D FLUENT CFD simulation, we need to specify a pressure boundary condition where the pressure is a profile extracted out from another CFD simulation. The pressure profile is NOT a simple function that we can easily represent using analytical functions like sin or cos. We know we must use user defined function (UDF) but all the UDF examples we found so far are for simple profiles. Is there a way we can specify the pressure distribution in a file and then create a UDF that will read that file for pressure? Can you provide an UDF example?

Ansys EmployeeIf pressure profile is available from other CFD run why not directly using it as profile without UDF?.
