using 120 cores to run combustion simulation, LES, can’t automatically or manually save data file

      This is LES simulation of coal combustion, by species model, Discrete phase model, DO radiation; the particle number reaches up to 50 million;

      using 2021R1, automatic Metis partitioning, single precision;

      The fluent can't save the data file, but case still keep running;

      it should not be no enough space of disk.

      Check RAM usage on the head node when you're writing the data file. 50M particles is a very high number. You may find saving in the older .dat.gz format works as it can use less RAM.

      If that's an = sign between ur and 0.9 change it to a hypen. Otherwise may know what's causing this.

      I rerun the case, flush cache and could save data files.
