SubscriberHello,
I am writing to you with my problem with Elastic License. One of my computers does not meet the hardware requirements neccesery to run Discovery Live. To run this product I use Elastic License and although I can not work with this product, Elastic License Units are charged until I click OK button. Can you tell me why this happend?
Sorry for Polish version of the information. This message is connected with incompatible CUDA version

Ansys EmployeeWojtekD the reason for this is the license is checked out upon launching the interface.

SubscriberMatt Madore thank you for your answer. I have one more question about that. If the license is checked out upon launching the interface, is there any way to avoid charging Elastic License Units when we are not sure if Discovery Live will run on our computer. Maybe there is any way to verifie that before starting Discovery Live
