Using pulsed voltage source for a Mosfet spice model

Hi everyone; I have got a Spice model of an Infineon Mosfet which must be controlled by a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM  module) , but there is a problem when I am trying to connect this PWM module to the gate pin of spice model in simplorer. The simplorer suggests the c2nc connector for this connection.  But it doesn't solve my problem because it is connected to the gate pin in outside direction not inside. Does any body have an idea about this spice problem with pulsed voltage sources?

      Thanks in advance

      Hello mona4,

Twin builder/Simplorer would only supports Berkeley Spice or PSPICE. For other Spice model, the user have to modify the codes convert them to PSPICE or Berkeley Spice format.

For C2NC, please delete it that is Conservative-to-Non-Conservative component and review the detailed information in the Twin builder/Simplorer manual.

I suggest to use state machine and voltage source as input of MOSFET's gate, not yellow PWM. Thanks.
