SubscriberHi Everyone,
I am wondering if there is a way to study V skew techniques in Maxwell.
I am using an IPM motor and have successfully used the built in skew tool for continuous and step skew like in the image below.

Ansys EmployeeHi @NathanEmery1
V skew cannot be modeled in Maxwell 2D as the available skew modeling in 2D supports continuous and stepped skewing as of version 2020R2.
For V-shaped Skew model Analysis, you need to perform 3D modeling and import the 3D model to Maxwell 3D.
Note: In the upcoming version 2021 V-shaped skew and user-defined (arbitrary) skew models are being implemented for 2D maxwell simulation. This might be available in public release soon.
