SubscriberI am doing a calculation on the bottom of a tank with the forced circuit as shown in the pictures below, I applied a recess on the surface, a pressure of 5 bars in the forced circuit and a pressure of -0, 002 bar on the bottom of the tank my calculation takes too much time for the simulation and gives me a very high stress of 1000 MPa and I don't even know where it comes from my problem I tried all to redo the geometry, the contact and always the same problem it's now 3 weeks that I work on the same thing and I have a delay to submit the calculation note please help me.

SubscribernThe structure geometry looks symmetric, are the loads symmetric? If so, use 2 orthogonal planes to make 2 cuts through the center of the disk and use symmetry boundary conditions to analyze just 1/4 of the model. This will take much less time to solve.nFebruary 17, 2021 at 3:01 pmoumaimalahmar.ol
