Viewport Perspective View !

  I'm coming from other cad programs and wondering if there is a perspective view? Every program I have used has Perspective. I see a lot of images of perspective view being used (Picture in top right of forum is) but there seems to not be one?? Perspective is really helpful for getting a good look at my model from time to time, especially when I need to see inside of complex parts which can get blocked or are hard to get to from orthographic view. Also would be great if there was a way to rotate view keeping Z axis always pointing up/ vertical

  In Discovery application, go to Display menu and under Camera group, click the drop down next to green colored cube and select Perspective view. See below snapshot.
