Voltage problem with two batteries connected in series

      Hello,

I simulated a simple battery pack composed of two cylindrical cells connected in series, performing the MSMD battery model with the ECM option. The battery rating voltages are 4.2, 3.6, 2.5 V for the max, typ and min respectively. I executed the "parameter estimation tool" with experimental data in order to fit the model parameters. Even if the simulation seems working, I obtained an unespected result for the positive voltage: since they are in series, I expeted a voltage range between 8.4 and 5 V, instead the result is the following.

Hello,nI wonder which version of Fluent you are using currently? nBesides, please try plotting the Phi- instead of Phi+ at the p-tab and see if that make sense. Thank you.n

I found out I should have selected Phi- in order to obtain the Voltage plot of the whole pack.n
