WB Element Selection

  Hi I am trying to select the elements as attached. When I select the elements by Box Selection, the mesh nodes selected are on surfaces only. How do I all the elements without using location? Thanks!

  Please use the Insert Image button so ANSYS staff can see the image. They are not permitted to open attachments.

  If you slice that end of the body from the solid, you will have two bodies. You can use Shared Topology to reconnect them in the mesh and then you can easily select one body to get all the elements in it.
