Subscriber老师,还有一个问题 在mode仿真里,对于微环仿真来说,功监视器z方向上的尺寸变化对结果影响很大,结果有频偏并且FSR也变化了

Ansys Employee像这种情况,应该直接给出链接,否则我们还可能需要去找。
微环mode的案例不收敛是正常的,因为网上例子是为了演示。改进方法:
1: 增加PML层数,可以选不同坐标位置不同PML,在透射方向选48层或64层
2:增加仿真时间
3:如果还不行可能需要减小autoshutoff min

如果监视器尺寸影响结果,说明尺寸小了。当然也要注意看看有没有散射光进入监视器,可以加一个面Profile 监视器看看一个面上的场分布。一般不会有较大的散射。
