How to simulate the condition of an adiabatic saturation of Water with moist air in ANSYS Fluent?
For example, I have to simulate the situation where moist air gets saturated when flows above the sea and get the results such as humidity ratio and all other parameters related to psychometric.

You need to use the Eulerian Multiphase model and then you can study each phase separately and create relationships and relative ratios. Fluent could tell you the fractions, although it doesn't have a module to deal with Psychrometric charts, so you need to do this separately.

Can you please provide me a tutorial that may be somewhat related to this? I just need an introductory information for the steps that must be taken in order to complete the above given project.
