what does outflow boundary condition mean? Fluent

  Hello everyone,
  
  I've read Fluent's theory manual, but I still have doubts about it.
  
  What exactly does this boundary condition mean (outflow outlet)?, what is the mathematical condition of it?

  Normal gradients of all variables except pressure at you the boundary are zero.
