What is the best technique to mesh a 2 m2 thin plate (1mm thickness)

  Hello guys,nI would like to know what is the best technique to mesh a 2 m2 thin plate. The thickness is just 1mm.nI try to generate mesh for fluent but it is not high quality ones.nThanks a lotn
