What is the difference between *Constrained_Beam_In_Solid and *ALE_Coupling_Nodal in LS-Dyna?

Hello,
I am using ALE to simulate some FSI issues. My structure element type is beam. I'm curious about the difference between the two keywords *Constrained_Beam_In_Solid and *ALE_Coupling_Nodal_Option. Because I got very different results with each of these two keywords. Although, according to the manual, the first one should be used. So what is the application of the second one? Thanks a lot!
