What is the recent setup for doing orthogonal cutting?

im still not an expert on Ansys and I'm using the Student version 2022. I really need help for this simulation. Why does my simulation animation looks distorted. The boundary condition that I setup, I follow exactly on some youtube guide from previous ansys version and most of the time i get a distorted animation with nonsense value results. I really need some advice on this matter. Heres the video example that i keep getting at the end result of the simulation.
