What it means zero order harmonic frequency in Motor-CAD

      I don't know well what it means zero frequency order magnitude.

      how can i treat it ?

      Hello issong,

             0 order (0 Hz) means we have DC component in cogging torque.

             Could you enter more value in “points per cycle” of cogging torque calculations of input data -> settings -> calculation?

             The cogging torque frequency is the LCM (least Common Multiplier) of rotor pole and stator pole number, so we may need a good number for the points per cycle, to present correct cogging torque frequency.
