When I skin/loft my simple flap, it twists?

  When I skin/loft my simple flap, it twists but when I have done it with the wing it does not. (I am very new to this software and any help would be greatly appreciated.) I have attached a screenshot for visualization purposes.

  If you're using several sketches check the "path" it follows. You may find the guide edge doesn't pick up the same vertex on each sketch.
  
  Note, staff are not permitted to open/download attachments so I have no idea what the image looks like.
