When I try to reproduce the case on the official website(Surface Relief Grating for Augmented Reality System – Ansys Optics),In step 1, I directly ran the file ar from the compressed package on the official website_ Srg.fsp, in order to obtain the results of the grating order simulated by RCWA, I checked 'report grating order' in the report section of RCWA, but this caused the simulation to not run properly. I did not change any other items in the original installation package on the official website. Thank you for your assistance, which is very important to me.
