Ansys nCode 2023R1 has been already released earlier this year. You can find it in Ansys Customer Portal > Downloads > 2023R1 Release > Add-On Packages > nCode.

Ansys EmployeeAnsys nCode DesignLife is released with each Mechanical release. Ansys nCode DesignLife 23R1 was released when Mechanical 23R1 was released. Ansys nCode DesignLife 24R1 will be released when Mechanical 24R1 is released.
