Why do the constraint equations created by the CEINTF coomand use internal nodes to connect a shell

  If the shell nodes aren't perfectly on the surface of the solid elements CEINTF must use the internal nodes to extrapolate or interpolate the shape functions to the node. The coefficients for these internal nodes should be very small.
