Why interfaces are not showing up in spaceclaim?

I've this as my geometry where there is a large hollow cylinder in which there are several cylindrical holes in it, with rectangular ducts.

Use split option in SpaceClaim and split the geometry of extracted fluid volume. Then you will get two faces there which can be defined as interface in fluent.
Please go through help manual for more details

Actually my orignial solid is a collection of 3 solids as a result of which the extracted volume is already splitted into different parts, still there are no interfaces.

You need to split the fluid volume.

      It is already splitted.

In images I can see that there is only single body for fluid volume. Please split that body.

Sure, I got the interfaces in Spaceclaim, but when I'm inputting the flow domain in ICEM CFD there are no interfaces coming. Could someone please tell how shall this be fixed?

There must be two surfaces at that location in ICEMCFD.
Also make sure you are not using Share option before going to ICEM.
