why nobody contacts me in the Service Request

  I sent a help request in the Service Request, and it was said a technician would contact me within 3 days.
  But nobody contacts me in the past 10 days.

  Academic support is not provided through the Customer Portal and Service Requests. Support is entirely through this Ansys Learning Forum. You were informed of the support policy through an update on the SR you logged. You should be able to login and see the response.
