Why Parts in geometry (assembly) changing there actual position ?

  I am simplifing one assembly, while doing this i have simplified some parts and those are not possible to defeautre i have created there simple parts in spaceclaim, after doing this i am moving this parts in new component group for applying share option then the some parts in assembly are changing there actual position, distorting the original geometry Kindly help.
