I posted a lot threads before to ask questions about a soot combustion project. Now I realized I have a lot of problems for the case. I am going to solve it one by one.
I defined a UDM to store porosity in the domain. After 0.1 s time step, I checked the distribution of porosity indicated as follows:
I only set two zones as porous zone in my model. However, I noticed from the contour that porosity distribution is not restricted in just porous zones, distribution of porosity also extended to non-porous zones. This is absolutely unreasonable.
Can anybody give me some suggestions why this happens?

Subscriberby the way, I used interface boundary conditions for between different zones and UDS equation is only solved in porous zones.
