Why Workbench LS-DYNA can create a wrong format of K file?

Hi all,
I use Workbench LS-DYNA to solve the free fall drop simulation. but when I click solve, this error would occur, however this error never happened before.
Why workbench can create a wrong format of k file? How can I solve this error?
