Work bench start failure

  Hello everyone,
  The workbench of the ANSYS student software does not open in my computer. I am getting a dialog prompt as shown in the picture below. How do I fix it?

  This could be caused by a few things - so let's start at the beginning and check the installation log for errors [C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\install.log and install.err] .

    I found the install.err and these are some of the errors in that file. What do I do next?

  Ok - that is a generic error code. What did you use to extract the installation files? If you used MS File Explorer built-in please instead use a 64 bit compression utility like WinRar or 7Zip. Did you right-click the setup.exe and chose to run as the admin? If not please do so. Does the system have enough space available on the C drive?
