workbench 19 licensing fail

  Dear Community,
  
  i have a problem with my licensing file. I have bought the whole license for about 2 Years. At this time i have had an old email adress from my university, as i come to the master i have get a new email adress and now no access to the old one. so i cant get access to see my license file and so on. What can i do?
