Workbench licensing server not available when connected to another Wi-Fi

      Hello everyone,

      My problem here is probably more complex than any other I could find on this forum. So, from the beginning...

      I'm a student active in some project at my TUni, we have been given full ANYS licenses from our sponsor. The license server is in my apartement. I can use Workbench only when I'm connected to my local Wi-Fi, it doesn't work when I'm connected to any other Internet connection. However, I can still use APDL in that scenario and it works just fine for everybody else. It's very frustrsting because I can't attedn any technical meetings with my laptop. I have chcecked all the Firewall settings and it seems to be OK in there. I have also done the trick with deleting %appdata% Ansys folders. Here are my diagnistics results diagnostics and it shows the following differences:

      lmgrd is not running: License server machine is down or not responding. (-96,7:11001 "WinSock: Host not found (HOST_NOT_FOUND)")

       

      Any idea how it could be fixed will be very appreciated, thanks :)

      What error do you see when you launch Workbench? 
      are you able to open SpaceClaim when you're on a different network?
